Eligibility for Global Talent Stream
Category A: Employer is referred by a designated partner to hire workers with unique and specialized talent.
Category B: Employer hires highly skilled foreign workers from Global Talent in-demand occupations list. Referral is not required.
Processing fee: $1,000 CAD per application.
Business legitimacy: Employers must submit documents with LMIA to demonstrate legitimacy.
Labour Market Benefits Plan: Employers work with ESDC to show long-term Canadian labour market benefits.
